HELP EASSONS GO GREEN - Paperless POD's and Invoicing
Dear Customer,
In addition to operating a modern fleet of 120 fuel efficient tractors we have just completed the installation of trailer skirts on the majority of our 150 fleet of late model reefer trailers. The trailer skirts reduce wind resistance, improving fuel economy and help us achieve a “Greener” future.
Our next target project is to reduce the amount of paper used in invoicing, this can be done in two ways:
- Providing Customers with digital invoices via email instead of paper through the mail.
- Invoicing Customers without sending the paper “Proof of Delivery” and making a digital copy available.
If you are willing to accept the convenience of retrieving a digital POD (Proof of Delivery) through our Customer Portal and complete the following steps.
- Click on Track Shipments/POD Lookup on the right hand menu.
- Click on Register on the top menu.
